Technical support

Trouble connecting a drive, ingesting files, building a wiki, running queries, API keys, or the desktop app? Tell us what you were doing and what you expected to happen.

Helpful to include: your workspace name, the connector or file type involved, any error message, and roughly when it happened. Never send passwords — we never need them.

Billing & subscriptions

Plan changes, invoices, receipts, payment methods, desktop license keys, refunds, or cancellations. We use Stripe to process payments securely — we never see or store your full card number.

Include the email on your account and, if it's about a specific charge, the date and amount so we can find it quickly.

General & account

Sign-in help, email or password changes, security and privacy questions, deleting your data or account, feature requests, or anything else. Not sure which bucket you fall in? Just write us.
