Technical support
Trouble connecting a drive, ingesting files, building a wiki, running queries, API keys, or the desktop app? Tell us what you were doing and what you expected to happen.
Helpful to include: your workspace name, the connector or file type involved, any error message, and roughly when it happened. Never send passwords — we never need them.
admin@surfawiki.ai →Billing & subscriptions
Plan changes, invoices, receipts, payment methods, desktop license keys, refunds, or cancellations. We use Stripe to process payments securely — we never see or store your full card number.
Include the email on your account and, if it's about a specific charge, the date and amount so we can find it quickly.
admin@surfawiki.ai →General & account
Sign-in help, email or password changes, security and privacy questions, deleting your data or account, feature requests, or anything else. Not sure which bucket you fall in? Just write us.
For account-specific requests, please email from the address on your account so we can verify it's you.

Before you write — a few quick answers
How do I keep my data private?
Your wiki is private by default and accessible only with your credentials, preferably an API key. We don't share or sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can I use surfawiki on the desktop?
Yes. The standalone desktop application is covered by the same support team and the same Terms of Service. Email us your license question and we'll sort it out.
What should I never send in a support email?
Never send account passwords or full payment card numbers. We will never ask for them. An API key or workspace name is enough for us to help.
